A considerable portion of our production has, since our establishment in 1947, been based on special-to-order precision items moulded in various thermoplastics according to our customer-requirements.

We deliver, as sub-suppliers to many different industries, a large range of different special products, spanning from parts for cell-phones, for the medical sector, as part of eyeware and to a.o. the electronics market.

Solutions of so varied a nature have given us a valuable experience in solving the next projects, advising and guiding from the initial idea or sketch to the final product. We also mould in customer-supplied tools. 

In this new Millenium, with all the many sophisticated materials and process-techniques available, it is mandatory for the supplier to keep all options open when considering the design of a new product..

In the following please find some of the stages where we can advise and guide our customer.

Our up-to-date production-machines give us also the possibility of moulding plastics and silicone rubber together, allowing for so far unseen solutions, exploiting the best properties of both materials. 

CHOICE OF MATERIAL: We have the experience and our competent collegues to assure that the right material is chosen for the specific solution you request. 

MOULDING / FASHIONING: Our experience shows us that a partecipation in the project already at this stage helps us in fulfilling your requirements for a moulding-friendly article. 

CONSTRUCTION: Our engineers and tool-makers will also supply the necessary part-drawings, including all the toolpart-drawings. 

TOOL PRODUCTION: Our toolmakers will today work directly on your drawings transferred between computers by e-mail. (See also “Tool-Construction”)
