SILICONE TUBES, STANDARD-DIMENSIONS

From our stocks we offer you a wide range of low-pressure silicone tubes in standard-hardness 60 ShoreA+-5, transparent quality, for applications in the food-contact and the medical fields.

 

These tubes are supplied in 25 meter coils, in sealed foil-bags, with standard label (indicating a.o. Batch/Lot-Nr. and Production-date.). The list shows a limited choice of our standard tubes. We offer delivery of flexible tubes with dimensions from ID = 0,5 mm, in different colours (Both coloured in full and translucent-coloured) and in various hardnesses (From 20 to 80 ShoreA±5), standard coil-lengths of 25 meters as well as cut-offs to our customer’s requirements.

Special qualities for i.e. high-temperature use and with specific elastomechanical properties adjusted to fulfill your requirements are also available for the best exploitation of the silicone rubber properties. All our standard tubes are compliant with the German BfR (ex-BgVV) and the U.S.-FDA-norms concerning rubber in contact with food/beverages. Furthermore, our BIOSIL quality silicone tubes have been tested to ISO 10993 - Biocompatibility (Analysisresults are available on request).

Silicone rubber tubes can be sterilized in autoclave, through radiation or with ethyleneoxide without degradation of properties.
