Silicone Roller-Sleeves for Corona Pretreaters 

Silicone rubber offers a.o. an excellent highvoltage resistance, a large flexibility, a long lifetime at high temperatures and very good anti-adhesive / non-stick characteristics. 

These properties are rightly exploited as an insulation, in the form of tubes or sleeves, on corona pretreatment rollers.

We offer you extruded silicone tubes, up to diameter = 240mm, fitted to the individual equipments, with close tolerances both on diameter and wallthickness. Our roller-sleeves present a high concentricity and circularity, which assure a stable operation during the surface-treatment.
